Applications of Nylon (Polyamide): Nylon
is the commercial name for a type of
thermoplastic. It has been used in almost
every industry. Polyamide nylon has a wide
range of uses including rope, gears and even
stockings. It is usually formed into fibers
for use in microfilaments and yarns but can
also be cast. Polyamide (PA) commonly
known as Nylon is possibly the largest
engineering thermoplastic material (ETP).
It finds major usage in technical
applications of several application segments,
the three notable ones of them are Automobile,
Electronic, Packaging. Nylon is used
extensively for injection molding applications
in the automobile, electrical, construction
as well as furniture industry. The product
range includes grades from ultra-low through
medium to high viscosity grades for nearly
all engineering plastics applications.

application in the production of automotive,
electrical parts and industrial parts and
components because it has a long-term heat
resistance and excellent mechanical strength.

its very good chemical resistance.
